Application Process

Application cards are provided by the Office of Catholic Schools. Catholic school students will receive their cards from
their elementary school by mid November. Non-Catholic school students should pick up their cards from Archbishop
Chapelle or download the 2012-2013 Application Form .

Catholic Elementary schools will send to Chapelle: application cards, transcripts, standardized test results, and report
cards from the first quarter and second quarter (if available).

Non-Catholic school students should return application cards and the above information to Archbishop Chapelle High School.

In mid December, 2011, students will receive by mail confirmation of the application and interview time and date.

The student attends Application Day on January 7, 2012 at Chapelle beginning at 8:00 a.m. A placement test will be given on this day, but the results are not used in the acceptance or refusal of applications. Student is to bring a $20 non-refundable application fee. Checks should be made payable to ACHS.

Family interviews are schedule between 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. during the weeks of January 17-19 and January 24-25, 2012.

Letters of acceptance or non-acceptance are mailed on February 14, 2012.
