Distinguished Educator AwardThe Administration of Archbishop Chapelle High School is pleased to announce the establishment of The Archbishop Chapelle High School Distinguished Educator Award to be presented each year to a faculty/staff member of the school who exemplifies the values of the Catholic Church while setting a standard of excellence amongst their colleagues and serving as a role model for our students. Nominations will be accepted from students, faculty and alumnae and must be submitted using the attached form to the Advancement Office by February 6, 2012. After review, accepted nominees will be asked to continue the process by answering a series of questions. There will be a monetary award of $1000 given to the Distinguished Educator along with recognition at a school assembly and to the community at large. Nomination Form
